    We review

    Credit pull, employment verification, prior-landlord reference call. Usually one business day.

    Approval & lease

    You get the lease emailed for digital signature. 12-month standard.

    Move in

    Pay first month + security via portal. Keys ready at your move-in date.

Common questions

Can I apply if my credit is below 650?

Yes, with a qualified co-signer (720+ credit, 4× rent income). Or document recent credit improvement and we may approve outside the standard.

Are pets allowed?

38 of our 47 units allow pets — listed on each property page. Flat $35/month pet rent, no per-pet stacking, no breed restrictions, no weight limits.

Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

Yes. California state law requires equal consideration of voucher holders, and we comply. Email leasing@atlasresidential.example before applying so we can coordinate inspection scheduling.

How long are leases?

Standard 12-month leases. We sometimes offer 18-month leases at a small discount for residents who want to lock in rent.

What if I'm denied?

We'll tell you the specific reason in writing within 48 hours, per California adverse-action requirements. If we declined without fully reviewing your application, we refund the fee.
