We saw the same pattern over and over: renters wasting money on application fees for units they had no chance of qualifying for, owners losing weeks of vacancy because their managers wouldn't disclose requirements upfront.
Atlas exists to fix that. Every unit we list shows the credit minimum, income requirement, co-signer policy, and pet rules — before anyone clicks 'apply.' Our renewal rate is 94% because we treat residents like people who chose to live somewhere, not units paying rent.
We're deliberately small: 47 units across four eastern LA neighborhoods. We turn down management contracts that would dilute that focus.

We disclose the credit minimum, income multiple, and pet policy on every listing. If you don't qualify, you find out before paying $50.

Long renewals beat high turnover
A resident who renews three times is worth more than two new leases. We price modestly and fix things fast.

Our office is on Sunset Blvd in Echo Park. Three of us live in the buildings we manage.

Honest pricing
Listed rent is what you pay. No surprise 'amenity fees,' no junk move-in charges.

Pet-friendly by default
38 of our 47 units accept pets. We charge a flat $35/month pet rent — no per-pet stacking, no breed restrictions.

Quick on maintenance
Emergency calls are answered live 24/7. Routine work orders are scheduled within 48 hours.
